girlie-girl layouts

Good morning!  Hope you all had a lovely weekend.  We were busy, busy, busy with holiday parties, shopping, baking, and also got a chance for some down time together!

My layouts today all feature our recent addition.  The first is titled Meeting Mindi, which was Gracie's name before we adopted her.  I included the photos we took of her the day we met her, as well as a few adorable shots that her foster mom posted of her. ;)  The layout is pretty simple, with quite a bit of journalling.

paper by Recollections; alpha stickers, rub-ons, cute cuts, ribbon, ink, twine, fewel by Doodlebug Design; cardstock by The Paper Studio and Bazzill Basics; word window punch by Stampin’ UP!; button by Michaels; brads by KI Memories; stamp (sentiment tabs) by Technique Tuesday

The next layout has the pictures from the day we adopted her, and she was officially one of the family! :)  I used Bella Blvd's Baby Girl papers, which I thought were very appropriate, LOL!  I used my Cameo to die cut a dog from Kerri Bradford's kit, then ran it through my houndstooth embossing folder (get it? LOL).  I also die cut the cute circular word art "little miss all that," which I thought fit PERFECTLY with her personality!  I also did some stamping on some tags at the bottom.

paper, alpha and word stickers by Bella Blvd; cardstock by Bazzill Basics and Colorbok; cardstock, paper, stamp (months of the year) by The Paper Studio; trim, alpha stickers, ink, twine, pearl by Doodlebug Design; brads, puffy flower by KI Memories; buttons by Queen & Co; ribbon by Offray; floss by DMC; artisan punch by Stampin’ UP!; stamp (heart) by Studio G; stamp (woof woof) by Recollecions; stamp (postmarks2stamp) by The Stamps of Life; stamp (sentiment tabs) by Technique Tuesday; tab punch by McGill; embossing folder by Cuttlebug; flags cut with Cuttlebug (Spellbinders Nested Lacey Pennants); artisan label, word circle, dog (Kerri Bradford Studio) cut with Cameo

One more Gracie layout - these photos were from our first weekend with her, and how she's just made herself right at home with us.  I used the same Bella Blvd papers, and die cut several circular shapes with hearts and love, a sentiment, the house (same technique with an embossing folder as above), and the delicate 'love' border at the bottom.

cardstock, paper, heart punch, embossing folder by The Paper Studio; paper by Bella Blvd; twine, alpha stickers, cardstock by Doodlebug Design; cardstock by Bazzill Basics; buttons by Michaels; flowers, bling by Recollections; floss by DMC; embossing folder by Cuttlebug; love border, love circles, tab, label, love this moment, house cut with Cameo

Hope you all have a wonderful day.  Thanks for stopping by! :)
